Madison Rayne Interview Highlights

Madison Rayne in an interview with Brian Fritz at http://tinyurl.com/25fbpra
says she's having the time of her life working for TNA but is planning
to go back to college soon because she wants to have a Plan B to fall
back on. "I've been given a lot of good opportunities in a short amount
of time. But I think a lot of people fail to realize that once you make
it where you want to be, when you climb the ladder and get to the top
that it doesn't stop there. If anything, it becomes more of a challenge
to stay there because now you're in the top spot and not only are you
competing with everybody else who wants to be in that top spot but
you're competing with yourself to continue to get better, to continue to
find ways to stay at the top and stay in the spotlight and continue to
be number one. When you're at the top, there's only one way to go and
that's down so you have to think of ways and figure out ways to stay at
the top for as long as you can. For me right now, I'm trying to just
take it all in and appreciate it all but at the same time continue to
work my butt off and stay where I am."

Awesome Kong to WWE!

According to many sources former TNA Knockouts Champion Awesome Kong has inked a deal with the WWE. A recent arrest could not sway the WWE it seems and Kong will surface there soon. Whether this means a career reignition for her former opponent and fellow ladies division rejuvenator gail Kim is yet to be seen, but signing someone like Kong is a great decision for the WWE, she may not be standard Diva material, but her in ring abilities and skills will help elevate the Divas and give Natalya, Beth Phoenix and Kim the chance to shine.

TNA Knockout Notes

As reported earlier, Tara suffered a torn ligament in her elbow when she took a bad landing on her arm during her Steel Cage Match with Mickie James last week on iMPACT. She will continue appearing on television while she heals as she will be using her cast as a foreign object.

- In response to rumors that she has parted ways with TNA Wrestling, Taylor Wilde noted on Twitter that she will clear them up in the near future. She wrote, "There are a lot of rumours flying around right now, and I promise to clear them up in the upcoming weeks. For now, lets just roll with it!"

- Regarding Hamada's recent departure from TNA Wrestling, she was not fired as it was her decision to part ways with the organization. She headed back to Japan in October and wasn't interested in returning.
