WWE HOF stars talk

Thanks to Thad and ProWrestling.net for the following recap of Sgt. Slaughter, Ted DiBiase Sr. and Koko B. Ware on last night's episode of Tosh.0:

Just thought I'd recap what went down on Tosh.0 while you suffered through NXT. Sgt. Slaughter was the only advertised person, but it turned out to be so much more. The guy was getting the Web Redemption for crying at a "Starcade Reunion" Show/Questionnaire at the Coliseum in South Carolina. Daniel took a few jabs at the stereotypes of wrestling fans. We don't know it's not real, it's a bunch of sweaty gay guys rolling over each other and steroids. He took a shot at Ric Flair on that one. Typical stuff.

Although he said if any one thinks it's fake to dig up Owen Hart and ask him. I'm sure some won't like that. He came out dressed like the Ultimate Warrior and ran the ropes about 50 times. While he was doing the interview, he clowned around a bit and even did the rope shake at one point. He even slapped on a Figure Four. Good stuff. His redemption was presenting an award to a former wrestler. Here's were it gets weird. It was a trophy called "The Golden Singlet." They had Tosh's Pit instead of Piper's Pit. The Piper was crossed out. Tosh was dressed like Piper, bagpipes included.

They gave the award to Koko B. Ware. He accepted and Ted DiBiase Sr. came out and they fought over it. DiBiase threw it down and broke it, which led to a brawl between the two. The ended up in the ring and Tosh tried to interfere, but Slaughter clotheslined him out of nowhere. Tosh got a tag to the guy getting the redemption and was able to give the award back to Koko B. Ware. I've always been a fan of the show. Really funny guy. He's a fan of wrestling and said he missed the old WWF and told the current WWF (World Wildlife Fund) to go suck it.

Tosh called out Arn Anderson too, which he did a lot of during season one. It's season three and he still wants his match. Too Cold Scorpio was in the first season giving a guy with a failed backflip a web redemption. It's worth it to catch a replay or go to Comedy Central and at least watch that part of the show. The guy getting the web redemption would be from the south, of course, making us all look bad. Really good show tonight.
